       For eleven days, we escaped the gloomy Seattle winter and enjoyed paradise in Maui. We discovered the best mangoes ever at Yee's Orchard, rode the Sugar Cane Train, and tried the local specialties of shave ice and malasadas. We ate amazing fish, both cheap (Eskimo Candy) and splurge worthy (Mama's Fish House). We also got to feed some baby goats, hike in the 'Iao Valley, and sample the fantastic coffees at MauiGrown Coffee Company. And there was still plenty of time for playing on the beach.
